Empty Glass bottles for Beer and Liquor have got tremendous demand in India. Glass Bottles manufacturing occupies an important part in the glass manufacturing industry in the filed of glass container manufacturing. The process of glass container manufacturing can be divided into the continuous production process and the discontinuous production process. For former is a process in which processes from the input of raw materials through the molding of glass are conducted continuously and in equipose utilizing the tank furnace, that is, the continuous melting furnace. As a whole, the plant of this process should be operated for eight hours. Several kinds of molding may be done by this process if the continuous forming machine is employed.
